We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive who will be responsible for managing all aspects of taxation, financial analysis, Tally Update, Financial Statements Preparation and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of tax regulations, financial reporting, and strong analytical skills. The role involves working closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting while providing valuable insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
  • Handle all aspects of Tally software, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management and regulatory authorities.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and assessments.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize tax efficiency.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of financial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information.
  • Assist in ROC (Registrar of Companies) filings and compliance requirements.
  • Provide support to other departments on financial matters and ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting, taxation, and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, GST, TDS, and other relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in Tally software and MS Excel is essential.
  • Experience in conducting financial analysis and preparing reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
