As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process and ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Qualifications and Skills <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field</li><li>Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in recruitment</li><li>Good knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems</li><li>Proactive and result-oriented attitude</li></ul> Roles and Responsibilities <ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements</li><li>Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms</li><li>Review and shortlist resumes based on the job requirements</li><li>Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate's suitability</li><li>Perform reference checks and background verifications</li><li>Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system</li><li>Provide regular updates to hiring managers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires</li></ul>
