We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate with a strong background in HR operations, statutory compliance, and accounts handling. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle accounts related to HR functions, including payroll administration, benefits management, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide support in organizing HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, and accounts handling.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
