Job Summary:

Aakruthi Properties, a prominent real estate developer in Bangalore, is seeking a

seasoned professional with 8-12 years of experience to lead our residential project

marketing and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in

residential real estate marketing in Bengaluru real estate should have a proven track

record in budgeting, conceptualization, market analysis, strategic marketing, project

launches, and end-to-end branding strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:

o Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing

strategies to drive business growth and achieve project-specific

objectives.

o Define target audiences, positioning, and messaging strategies aligned

with project goals.

o Ensure integration of offline and online marketing efforts to maximize

reach and effectiveness.

2. Project Marketing:

o Oversee all aspects of marketing for residential projects, from initial

planning through to successful execution and ongoing promotion.

o Collaborate with design and sales teams to develop compelling project

narratives and marketing collateral.

o Manage project positioning, pricing strategies, and sales projections

based on market analysis.

3. Brand Development and Management:

o Manage the brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing

channels and communications.

o Develop brand guidelines and standards for project-specific marketing

materials.

o Implement strategies to enhance brand equity and market presence

across digital and traditional platforms.

4. Market Analysis:

o Conduct thorough market analysis, including competitor benchmarking

and consumer insights, to inform strategic marketing decisions.

o Monitor industry trends, economic indicators, and demographic shifts to

identify market opportunities and risks.

o Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and

improve customer acquisition strategies.

5. Campaign Management:

o Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such

as digital, print, and events to generate leads and enhance brand

visibility.

o Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors to

execute campaigns on time and within budget.

o Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as

needed to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.

6. Budget Management:

o Manage and optimize the marketing budget effectively, ensuring

maximum ROI and adherence to financial guidelines.

o Forecast marketing expenses, monitor expenditures, and provide

regular budgetary updates to senior management.

o Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on campaign

effectiveness or brand positioning.

7. Team Leadership:

o Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a

collaborative and high-performance culture.

o Set clear objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct

performance evaluations to drive team productivity and development.

o Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, design, and finance

teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

 8-12 years of progressive experience in residential real estate marketing, with

a focus on project marketing and branding in Bengaluru real estate.

 Proven track record of successful project launches and brand building in the

real estate sector.

 Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends and competitive

intelligence.

 Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and

collaborate effectively at all levels.

 Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for delivering

innovative marketing solutions.

 Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing resources for

maximum efficiency.

 Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM,

social media, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and CRM systems.

Remuneration Package:

 Salary: 10 to 12 Lakhs PA.

 Promotions and incentives, perks will be given as per performance. Attractive perks

and benefits as per company standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
