Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.

 Identify potential clients and develop relationships to drive business growth.

 Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize closure opportunities.

 Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and finalize deals.

 Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior

management.

 Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

 Provide training and mentorship to sales executives to enhance their performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

 Proven work experience of 5 - 7 years in residential sales, preferably in the Bangalore

market.

 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Excellent sales, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to assess client requirements and provide prompt solutions.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English, Hindi, and

South Indian languages is a must).

 High energy, perseverance, and a go-getter attitude.

Remuneration Package:

 Salary: 7 to 9 Lakhs PA plus performance-driven bonuses and incentives.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
