Job Summary:
Aakruthi Properties is seeking a highly experienced candidate to lead and manage our marketing and branding efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand building, lead generation, team management, and working collaboratively with sales teams.
As Senior Manager, you will oversee the company's marketing strategy, hiring and managing a team of marketing professionals, and ensuring the brand's consistency and growth across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company to drive business growth and achieve our goals.
● Oversee the company's digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
● Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
● Manage the development and execution of all marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency of messaging and branding across all channels.
● Managing digital marketing campaigns for lead generation end-to-end, from developing strategies and executing campaigns to tracking results and optimising performance by leveraging a variety of channels
● Develop and implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads for the sales team.
● Identify and onboard external partners or agencies for specific digital marketing initiatives and ensure that they are aligned with the company's brand and goals.
● Provide clear briefs and collaborate with these partners to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget.
● Analyse the correlation between prospecting activities, revenue, and budget to optimise our marketing strategies.
● Develop and manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ROI.
● Monitor market intelligence, track competitor movements, and stay up-to-date on the latest market trends including attribution and programmatic media buying to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
● Hire, train, and develop marketing team members, setting goals and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
An ideal candidate must be:
● Bachelor's degree or certifications in marketing, communications, or related fields and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand building, lead generation, team management, and working collaboratively with sales teams.
● Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on driving business growth. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Resourceful thinker, with the ability to develop innovative and out-of-the-box ideas for marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives
● Ability to leverage their experience, industry knowledge, and analytical skills to identify new opportunities and approaches to drive business growth
● Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media ad campaigns, SEO, SEM, email marketing and other online and offline paid advertising.
● A keen eye for design and visual aesthetics, with the ability to develop and execute visually appealing marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and effectively communicate the brand's message and values
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to priorities and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
● Experience in real estate marketing is MUST.
