Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Odoo Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through the sales and promotion of Odoo solutions.


  • Identify potential clients through market research, industry events, and online platforms.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct initial client consultations to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Educate clients about the benefits of Odoo solutions and how they can address their specific requirements.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the proposed solutions align with client needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide post-sales support and act as a liaison between clients and the technical team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Odoo product updates to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, preferably in ERP or software solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
