Our Client is looking to build a team of young professionals who can act as a bridge of communication between us and Specifiers, Candidates with Bachelor degree in Architecture.

•  Experience: 0-2 years. Preferably from the Building Materials Industry; experience in marketing building facade / cladding or similar experience, involving techno commercial discussions with architects, engineers and contractors. Government Departments (Central & State) exposure is plus point.
•  Good contacts and strong rapport / relationship with Architects and builders. Should’ve been interacting with them in their current jobs.
•  Languages Known- English and local language with ability to converse fluently. Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage.
•  Compensation:

1. a) The CTC per annum will range between Rs.3 Lakhs – 5 lakhs. CTC break will
2. be: Fixed salary + benefits + reimbursements + incentives.

4. b) Benefits include PF, ESI, Leave encashment, Accident Insurance, Gratuity and Bonus.

•  Bike and Laptop- Mandatory. Job Responsibilities
•  Meeting with and understanding the requirements of architects and Specifiers.
•  Explaining our value added offerings to the architects and working with them to explore opportunities of incorporating our offerings, present and custom made, in their projects.
•  Gaining insights from the architects and market trends to provide clear design inputs for new products, designs and ideas.
•  Conducting outreach campaigns for targeted customer areas involving digital campaigns and in-person meetings & expand long-term relationships with them.
