Driver Supervisor

1. Look After Daily 50+ AMTS BUS Operation.
2. Manage Drivers Team, Train & Motivate them for smooth daily operation.
3. Hire and recruit new drivers as per requirements.
4. Reduce penalty occur from Driver Operation.
5. Planning for next day Operation.
6. Daily meeting and reporting to Operation Head
7. Arrange Spare Driver in absence of any driver.
8. Complete daily maintenance checks on Bua and notify manager of any issues.

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)
