We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion efforts in the wire rope industry, with a specific focus on the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the UAE market. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, collaborating with key stakeholders, and staying abreast of industry trends to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research in the UAE to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze customer needs and market demands in the UAE to develop targeted business development strategies.
  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers in potential client organizations in the UAE.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the UAE to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with UAE-based clients to understand their wire rope requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies in the UAE to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, product demonstrations, and business presentations to clients in the UAE.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in the UAE, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align business strategies and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team operating in the UAE, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  1. Industry Networking:
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows in the UAE to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a network of industry contacts in the UAE to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in business development within the wire rope industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of wire rope products, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the UAE.
  • Ability to travel within the UAE as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, with a focus on industrial products and services.
  • Previous experience in the wire rope industry and a demonstrated understanding of the UAE market are highly desirable.
