Designation: Telesales Associate

Salary: upto 3.00LPA (Incetives)

Experience: 1 years to 8 years (telesales, telemarketing calling)

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

 Handling telephonic and walk-in enquiries at the centre

 Making outbound calls to Shaadi.com members/other enquiry databases and offering them matchmaking solutions

 Following the defined sales process to convert enquiries into members

 Recording all the details of the enquiries in the specified format and entering them into the system

 Getting all the statutory ID and qualification proofs from the premium members and storing them safely

 Making a required number of calls for following up with enquiries which are not converted

 Updating the details of follow-up in the system

 Meeting sales and conversion targets
