Salary Range: Upto 3.80 LPA
Requirements:
- Selected candidates will be performing the role of Seller/Partner Support Associate. This includes addressing queries/concerns of over Calls (80%) and Email (20%).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 0.6 to 1-year experience within a customer service and contact center environment
- US English proficiency
- Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace
- Intermediate MS Office applications specifically Excel, familiarity with web browsers
- Good Data Handling and Computer Skills
