Requirements:


  • Selected candidates will be performing the role of Seller/Partner Support Associate. This includes addressing queries/concerns of over Calls (80%) and Email (20%).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Minimum 0.6 to 1-year experience within a customer service and contact center environment
  •  US English proficiency
  •  Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace
  • Intermediate MS Office applications specifically Excel, familiarity with web browsers
  •  Good Data Handling and Computer Skills
