WE have urgent openings for the post of Desktop Support Engineer.

• Job Location = Mumbai international airport - Vile parle
• Fix Salary = 18000 to 25000 Per month.
• Experience = At list 2 Years
• Note = Immediate Joining (training will be provided)

Roles and Responsibilities:

First level hardware support for equipment – Understanding the Incident and getting the same resolved with the support of AMC/OEM vendor.

Hardware Support on EPOS operating system and office application, software Support on standard software like office application, Visio and WinZip.

Configuring the printer and resolving printing Incidents of the users.

To Install/Re-Install antivirus client on POS desktops.

Latest antivirus patch update for end user systems.

Perform and Record all Installation of new machines, movement within site, changes in configuration of machines (IMAC) as per Adani’s policy.

Maintaining detailed hardware configurations on EPOS machines, printers etc.

Maintain a details of asset Inventory.

Details of standard software loaded on POS.

Image builds are continually updated and maintained to include up-to-date elements (e.g., security patches, software upgrades, error corrections, etc.) and an error-free software environment for end users. Image builds to be provided by MIAL.

Product, inventory master to be uploaded and confirmation to be shared.

Weekly audit of Adani POS usage and removal of concessionaire POS to be shared

Follow the team lead instruction

Skills Required

Should be good communication skills.

Knowledge of outlook configuration.

Knowledge of computer assemble
