Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Welder Helper to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The Welder Helper will assist in welding tasks and support the welding team in various metalwork projects, ensuring safety and quality in all operations.
- Ability to assist, essential for successful completion of welding assignments.
- Proficiency in various metal cutting techniques to provide support in cutting and shaping metal components.
- Experience with power tools usage, ensuring the efficient handling of equipment in welding processes.
- Basic fabrication skills are essential for assisting in the assembly or repair of metal products.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations compliance to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist welders in the setup and cleanup of work areas and equipment, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Support cutting and shaping of metal materials as required, following specifications and using appropriate techniques.
- Provide aid in aligning parts and workpieces, holding them in position for welding activities as per instructions.
- Help operate power tools and welding equipment under the supervision of skilled welders.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition, reporting any defects or issues.
- Assist in adhering to safety protocols and regulations, promoting safety and wellness within the work environment.
- Participate in training and skill development sessions to enhance welding knowledge and practices.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and projects as needed.
