We are seeking a Junior Welder to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This full-time position requires minimum 1 year of experience in the welding industry to support our operational needs. The ideal candidate will excel in various welding techniques and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- execute welding tasks as per design specifications.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance to maintain a safe working environment in accordance with regulations.
- Experience with welding inspection to identify any defects and ensure quality work on completed welds.
- Understanding of fabrication techniques to assist in the construction and assembly of structural components.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges encountered during the welding process and implement solutions effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Read and interpret welding specifications to meet design requirements accurately.
- Ensure compliance with established safety standards to maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment.
- Conduct thorough inspections of welded structures for quality assurance and integrity.
- Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to complete projects within designated timeframes.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of welding equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Report any discrepancies or challenges faced during the welding process to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance welding skills and knowledge.
