Designation : Project Manager

Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical OR B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience : Minimum 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Industry

Roles And Responsibilities :

1) Lead the planning and implementation of manufacturing projects, ensuring all project milestones are defined, tracked, and met. Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

2) Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure efficient use of resources. Collaborate with the finance department to maintain cost control.

3) Ensure that all ceiling products meet quality standards and project specifications. Oversee the implementation of quality control procedures during production.

4) Lead a team of engineers, designers, production staff, and other stakeholders. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure all project tasks are carried out effectively.

5) Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely procurement of materials and on-time project delivery. Adjust schedules and resources as required.

6) Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, design plans, and meeting notes. Provide regular status reports to senior management.

Computer Knowledge: Basic Excel, Microsoft office, Outlook.
