As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition efforts for our mystery shopping services. You will leverage your experience in lead generation, CRM management, and client presentations to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
● Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients by proactively reaching out to potential clients through various channels including email, calls, and LinkedIn to introduce our mystery shopping services.
● Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
● CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data to inform strategies.
● Meetings & Presentations: Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with clients to understand their needs and present tailored proposals for mystery shopping solutions.
● Proposal Preparation: Develop and prepare detailed and compelling proposals, pricing structures, and service offerings based on client requirements.
● Sales Closures: Actively work towards closing sales by addressing client queries, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.
● Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
● Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
● Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
✅ Requirements:
● Prior experience in sales, with a strong focus on client acquisition and relationship management.
● Experience in the mystery shopping industry is a major plus; candidates with prior exposure will be given priority.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
● Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
● Strong negotiation skills and an ability to close deals.
● Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
● Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule.
Languages: English and Hindi (both fluent)
