We are seeking a dedicated Laser Operator to join our client in Bangalore. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers with a keen interest in laser operations and a willingness to learn. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with laser maintenance and will be integral to our production processes. This position requires proactive engagement with CNC programming, CAD software, and quality control methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in laser maintenance, ensuring the equipment is always in optimal condition for tasks. (Mandatory skill)
• Ability to program CNC machines for precision cutting, adjusting settings to match project specifications.
• Experience in using CAD software to design and modify components and layouts for various projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of laser cutting equipment, understanding its operation and safety protocols.
• Effective material handling skills to responsibly manage raw materials and finished components.
• Understanding of quality control principles to ensure all outputs meet company quality standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute design specifications.
• Detail-oriented approach to maintain high standards and avoid errors in laser operations.
