Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Developing and managing a company's website and social media presence to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
· Creating and implementing email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
· Conducting market research to understand target audience behavior and preferences.
· Designing and running online ads (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to reach a wider audience.
· Measuring and analyzing the success of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools and providing insights for improvement.
· Staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies, and incorporating them into marketing strategies.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, design, sales) to achieve marketing goals and provide support for other departments
The ideal candidate for a digital marketing role should have:
· A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
· Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ad, and social media management tools.
