Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage web and mobile application projects from inception to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional development teams using Agile methodologies.
• Actively contribute to technical discussions and solution architecture, especially in MEAN/MERN, Blockchain, and AI-driven projects.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering, updates, demos, and feedback.
• Monitor project performance and generate detailed reports using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or equivalent platforms.
• Resolve any issues or blockers that hinder team performance and project success.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a software development environment.
• Strong technical background with hands-on knowledge in:
• MEAN/MERN stack
• Blockchain technologies
• AI/ML-based solutions
