75WAY Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled Senior Manual Tester to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual testing, independently handling multiple projects, and ensuring high-quality software releases. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can take full ownership of project testing and deliver bug-free applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform end-to-end manual testing on multiple projects.
• Take full responsibility for project testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Create, review, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand project requirements and resolve issues.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best testing practices.
• Provide detailed reports on test results and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in manual testing in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
• Hands-on experience with test case management and bug tracking tools.
• Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
• Good knowledge of API testing (Postman preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of project testing.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
