Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for AI, QA, BA, PM, Technical Lead and Developers positions.
- Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri) to identify and attract top IT talent.
- Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates skills, and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary packages, finalize offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Enhance the company’s presence in the job market by promoting job opportunities effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically hiring for Developers, QA, BA, PM, and Technical Lead roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT job roles, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in Linkedin recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
