Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork to generate business opportunities.
• Develop and execute effective business strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and present appropriate solutions to clients.
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in IT services and solutions.
• Proven track record in generating business from Upwork platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services, Web & Mobile Development, and AI.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
• Experience in client handling and business communication.
