Business Analyst (IT Services – Web & Mobile Apps)
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience: 4 - 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for web and mobile applications.
- Work closely with clients and the development team to define project scope and objectives.
- Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and user stories.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure optimal user experience.
- Assist in project planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services company (Web & Mobile Apps).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and wireframing tools.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
