Job Duties and responsibilities:  Researching and Collecting real estate builders and developers data from various online portals as per our target market  Making a list of real estate builders and developers city wise  Cold calling and trying to get the key person contact  Taking appointment for the presentation of software  Follow-up for closure of deal  Good experience in Market and Competitor Research. Key skills:  Strong communication skills and soft spoken.  Should be ready to make 50 to 60 mature calls per day.  Creative and problem solving ability.  Negotiation Skills.  Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.  Attention to detail.  Excellent time management and organization.
