Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Ahmedabad, India (Onsite)

Company Overview: We are a website development company that specializes in Shopify website development and custom development. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and help us achieve our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking

·       Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients

·       Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals

·       Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

·       Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress

·       Collaborate with the development team to provide solutions that meet client needs

·       Attend industry events and conferences to expand the company's network and brand recognition

Key Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

·       Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT industry, preferably in website development

·       Strong understanding of website development and eCommerce platforms, especially Shopify

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Strong customer service orientation

Additional Preferred Skills:

·       Experience with custom development projects

·       Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello

·       Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics

·       Experience with remote work and/or distributed teams
