Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our customer support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain customer records by updating information in CRM tools.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate departments.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email handling).
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Patience and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team.

Qualifications:

  • 12th pass / Any Graduate (B.A/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA/BCA etc.)
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on location and company policy)
