Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across phone, email, and chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or order status.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and update relevant data in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer issues when necessary.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs (response time, resolution time, satisfaction score).
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Freshdesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 0–2 years of customer service or BPO/call center experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
