Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. Ideal candidates will be proactive, target-oriented, and skilled in both communication and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools and regularly update sales reports.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote services and gain insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., SaaS, B2B sales, or real estate].
- Knowledge of lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
