Duties : Responsible for overseeing all operations and managing the overall functioning of the plant.

1. Overseeing Operations: Manage and supervise all aspects of the plant's operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
2. Planning and Scheduling: Develop production plans, schedules, and targets to ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely delivery of products.
3. Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to achieve financial targets.

Qualification : Bachelors of engineering or any equivalent degree with previous knowledge in stone quarry / mining industry
