Job Description

• Windows Administration Management Services for managing Datacenter Services hosted on Windows servers with 24X7 availability.
• Monthly report on server availability        
• Engage customer-contracted hardware and software support vendors to facilitate incident resolution  
• Work with customer support teams to review & resolve incidents    
• Coordinate with customer contacts to BSE vendors in case of hardware failures or involvement of third-party vendor is required.
• Perform restoration of all components at time of system failure or file system corruption  
• Correlate related incidents together into a problem ticket and manage through the problem management process   
• Automate OS administration tasks where practical   
• Patch OS for Security patches and release management for the same.        
• Implement best practice configurations relating to specific vendor recommendations   
• Creating/Deleting VM Snapshots.    
• Reporting VM performance status using Native tools/monitoring tools       
• Manage Hyper-V 2012/2016 Clusters        
• Managing failover clustering & provide support to the L2 team.  
• Knowledge on SCVMM      
• Hyper-V 2016 cluster configuration & Management skills.     
• Handled Cluster issues & resource optimization, best practice to be followed as per MS.     
• RAP analysis & update as per MS suggestion in a cluster environment.  
• Update HP & customer stockholders on issues regularly to resolution.       
• Active Directory management       
• Office365 Administration skill       
• Manage Access rights and folders    
• Maintain complete configuration details of servers in scope  
• OS hardening as per the policy recommendations by BSE    
• Server Inventory Management      
• Managing Groups/Domains  
• ADFS configuration & Management 
• Office 365 management skill        
• DHCP configuration & backup
