• Develop and manage a portfolio of small commercial accounts
• Work closely with brokers to manage pricing and coverage
• Make sales and account presentations to large and small businesses
• Conduct industry research and trends analysis
• Provide clients with comprehensive insurance plans
• Proven experience of 3-5 years in Insurance Sales
• Strong decision-making skills & team handling
• Great interpersonal skills & ability to handle pressure
• Must be from BSFI
• Close the deal according to ticket size
• Should have mentoring skills & ability to sustain a team of 5-6 Sales Executives
• Achieve daily & monthly targets
• Outstanding problem-solving skills & negotiation skills
• Excellent knowledge of Verbal & Written Communication.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage or handle multiple tasks
• Professional certification in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage
