Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in a similar non voice role for 4-6 years
- Familiarity with BPO industry processes and practices
- Proficient in cold calling and handling customer objections
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute non voice processes accurately and within defined turnaround time
- Handle customer requests and resolve issues via email, chat, or other non voice channels
- Maintain high quality standards in all non voice interactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with data security guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and solve customer issues
