📍 Location: Pune

🔹 Mode: Hybrid

🔹 Experience: 8+ years

🔹 Salary: up to 22 LPA maximum

🔹 Notice Period: 30 days maximum

📌 Key Skills: Java, Python, or JavaScript, IAM systems, and tools

🔷 Responsibilities:

- Administer user accounts and access privileges in the organization’s identity management system.

- Manage user accounts and permissions to ensure appropriate resource access.

- Collaborate with the IAM team to implement and maintain IAM solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues.

- Participate in IAM projects and initiatives.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand access requirements.

- Document the IAM program and participate in audits.

- Provide training on the IAM system to new users.

- Update the IAM system based on evolving business needs.

🔷 Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

- Experience with IAM systems and tools.

- Strong grasp of identity lifecycle management, authentication, and authorization.

- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Knowledge of LDAP, databases, web protocols, and security standards.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

🔷 Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional IAM certification (e.g., Certified Access Management Specialist - CAMS).

- Experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA) tools.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
