We are hiring for sales Executive in Pune.

The preferred qualification for this role is MBA in Marketing or any graduate, The job description is as follows:

1.    Sales:

i)              Sales of flats / shops/ offices / showrooms

ii)             Rental of flats / shops/ offices / showrooms

iii)           Identify new client / end user for sale / Rental of flats / shops/ offices / showrooms

2.    Building and maintaining relationships with customers and clients

3.    Presenting products or services to potential customer

4.    Building relationships with key customers

5.    Keeping customers / Broker /CP / Property consultant updated with the latest products

6.    Resolving customer complaints quickly

7.    Expanding the customer base / broker data base

8.    Understanding individual customer needs and addressing

9.    Collaborating with the management team to run campaigns

10.  Doing police verifications for rental properties

11.  Conducting joint inspections of properties

12.  Preparing LOI / Offer letters

13.  Handing over possession to the customer

14.  Taking over of flats on L&L

15.  Attending complaints which includes those on L & L / Sale (Leakages, repairs)

16.  Follow up with accounts for refund of deposit and deductions for L&L Flats

17.  Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

18.  Collaborating with teams, such as marketing and customer support

19.  Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue

20.  Organizing strategic planning meetings with managers
