Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team at 157 Industries Private Limited in Pune. This full-time position requires a minimum of 7 years of work experience. The successful candidate will possess expertise in implementing and managing scalable DevOps systems, utilizing cutting-edge technologies, and playing a pivotal role in driving operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform (Mandatory skill) in building and deploying production-level applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS to effectively manage cloud-based infrastructure and deployment workflows.
• Proficiency with Jenkins for automating and optimizing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• In-depth knowledge of Git for version control to effectively manage code repositories and collaboration.
• Skilled in crafting and maintaining Ansible playbooks for managing system configurations and automation.
• Competence in designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines for progressive software releases.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to troubleshoot complex systems, network issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure DevOps systems using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline and automate software deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software products.
• Optimize AWS infrastructure to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability of cloud-based applications.
• Manage version control systems and workflow using Git to ensure robust and secure code management.
• Create and maintain Ansible playbooks for efficient server provisioning, configuration, and management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, leveraging deep understanding of network protocols and infrastructure.
• Lead initiatives to improve system and application security, performance, and monitoring capabilities.
